1 General Terms

• Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Advancement to a higher tier depends on consistent active participation and adherence to the platform's guidelines.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

jo77 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all players. The outcome of every game on the platform is determined by a neutral algorithm and cannot be altered by any individual or third party.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.2 Closure by the User

Any user may close their account of their own accord. To do so, please contact the support team. If verification has been completed before the account is closed and there are no pending bonus conditions, the remaining valid balance may be withdrawn.
